Treasurer Report
-Jeannie S not in attendance so Terri J looked over report
-Conway Corp bill is higher than usual but its because of the addition of Wingfoot water/electric
-18 outstanding dues not paid (who is calling who to collect dues not paid)
ACC:
-ACC committee approved pool plans, 4225 Bay Hill, approved: 1st Steve S, 2nd David M.
Covenant violation:
-5335 Burnt Pine, dog unleashed in front yard and not being friendly to walkers
-door hanging violation, 1st attempt for CVN violations
Old Business:
Reminder that board members are required to attend 8 regular scheduled meetings.
