Here for your review are the proposed amendments to the current by-laws of CVNA. A meeting of the entire association is being called for July 13, 2015 at the 19th hole at 6 p.m.
If you cannot be there, you may sign a proxy to appoint another member or the president/acting president of the meeting to vote in your place.
