Covenant Violations
5435 Whistling Straights has rock piled up behind his house. Certified letter sent 9/26/19. As of the November date the pile has improved – Kris has contacted the homeowner several times. Homeowner said that the pile was part of an ongoing Plant Outlet project.

Security Cameras
Stephen Wallace cleaned off the cameras and they are running properly
There have been no monthly bills from the security company except the standard monthly fee

Stamped concrete quote by Missy Quinn – Quote $21,067.92 for 12ft curb to curb for3 entrances. Kris is going to discuss with Hal Crafton about possibly helping with the total cost

Covenant Violations Schedule: Kris weeks1, Jerry week 2, Steve week 3, Harry week 4. Violations will be sent to Phyllis or added to drop box
3rd annual Holiday Light Contest, Most Elegant” and “Through a Child’s Eye”. $75 each category. Judging date Dec.20
