-aging report: mailed invoice & emailed invoice, need to collect from: Freddy & Caroline Davis (#72MP1CV), Johnny & Liz Tyler (#35F), Kenneth & Donna Wyzgoshi (#37CV), Patrick Oeder (#28F), Patrick & Shelby Oeder (#31CV), Scott & Lori Taylor (#130R)
-made contact with Kenneth Wyzgoshi & Scott Taylor about collections: per Missy Q

Old Business:
Reminder that board members are required to attend 8 regularly scheduled meetings.
-still working on golf cart sign for entrance/exit of Lost Canyon
-Yard Sale: April 24-25
New Business:
-need to start recruiting commitments for new board members
-new landscaping for Tyler & Bay Hill entrance
-dead plants will be replaced at the Oakhurst & Bay Hill entrance
-spring flowers coming soon
