ACC:
-Reminder that all projects/improvements need to go through the approval process with the ACC (email and/or go through website for contacting ACC)
-Chris Harris: mother-in-law suite approved by email
-contact neighbors at end of CVN & start of Land’s End to approve brick CVN sign & add camera’s, get quotes for this project
Treasurer Report
-Bank reconciliation: reconciled correctly with $25K at end of July, 10K below budget from last year
-1 home missing annual dues – researching to get it paid
Covenant violation:
-5560 Lost Canyon (yard, landscaping needs maintenance)
-5500 & 5520 Lost Canyon (yard needs maintenance, grass fungus present)
-Bay Hill house (home alone looking house) has a car with flat tires setting in driveway, needs a letter
Old Business:
Reminder that board members are required to attend 8 regularly scheduled meetings.
New Business:
-Social events for upcoming year: bago tournament, bingo nights, $3000 budget for events
